FDC displays strong dynamism and capitalizes on its sector expertise to establish recognized advisory positions in France and internationally. With this new arrival, Financière de Courcelles strengthens and consolidates the “Health” vertical, Rodolphe’s sector expertise and operational experience perfectly complement the system and will support its development. « I am very happy to join this ambitious project and to be able to participate in the development of FDC. The Health sector is in turmoil, both in terms of venture, growth or buy-out, and the field of possibilities is immense. There are major consolidation issues, particularly in digital health, in a context of reaffirmed industrial sovereignty. Innovation is taking decisive steps, driven for example by absolutely incredible advances in the engineering of life. The agility and professionalism of the FDC teams, as well as their innovative approach to M&A advice, are perfectly suited to the tailor-made support of the players in this transformation. ».
