Less than a month after the entry to its capital Naxicap Partners Eureka Education is acquiring Icademie, a specialist in e-learning diploma. The private vocational and higher education group has thus acquired a player that offers post-baccalaureate and continuing programs to more than 4,000 students each year, via its fully integrated web platform. Icademie notably provides training in HR, marketing, foreign languages, IT, but also in tourism professions, via its subsidiary NeoSpheres. He also supports his students in their job searches through his own recruitment firm Talentis Horizon. The group is organized around six campuses (Paris, Lille, Aix-en-Provence, Toulon, Toulouse and Angers) and achieves a turnover of 17 M €. The acquisition of Academie is an important step for Eureka Education in achieving its target of € 80 million in revenues for next year. Naxicap’s participation continues to diversify, which today is organized around three training centers: Sylvia Terrade (aesthetics, cosmetics, hairdressing), Euridis Business School (sales and commercial negotiations) and Sup Tertiaire (real estate and social housing) .
