Sale of Lincoln Group to The Talent Club
Paris (France), January 28, 2020 – Founded in Paris in 1992, Lincoln is a Talent Management consulting firm, identified among the benchmark players in executive search consulting.
The Talent Club of Companies has finalized the acquisition of a majority stake in the capital of Lincoln Group. Matthieu Beaurain and Gwenaël Perrot respectively keep their operational responsibilities at Lincoln and join The Talent Club as members of the Management Committee in order to participate in its development and its international growth.
In a market marked by both the shortage of expert profiles, digital transformations and the internationalization of players, FDC International advised Lincoln Group and its shareholders in discussions with The Talent Club to:
- Initiate discussions with The Talent Club,
- Define the structure of the transaction,
- Negotiate the financial parameters of the operation,
- Organize the due diligence.
This new operation is for The Talent Club the completion of its third investment.
After those carried out in YouFirst Sports (€ 18.2M turnover in 2019, 160 employees, and more than 600 sports champions and athletes represented worldwide) and most recently in the Spanish digital group Between Technologies (€ 27M turnover in 2019, more than 500 employees), the alliance with Lincoln lays the foundations for its presence and future international growth in its mission as an agent of Talent leaders, managers and future managers.
