EM6 Worldwide has sold a portfolio of strategic assets related to its freight audit & payment activities to Trax Technologies. This transaction enables Trax to further strengthen its transport spend management and audit solutions offering, while expanding its presence among major international clients in Europe.
Financière de Courcelles advised EM6 Worldwide and its shareholders on this asset disposal transaction, supporting the group throughout the process up to the signing of the agreement.
Specializing in freight audit & payment solutions for multinational clients across all transportation modes, EM6 Worldwide will continue to operate independently with its teams and proprietary expertise, as the transaction only relates to a defined perimeter of assets (including certain client contracts and technological components).
Trax Technologies, a global leader in transport spend management and freight audit solutions, will further strengthen its platform and its ability to serve clients worldwide through the integration of the acquired EM6 assets into its global offering.
