Founded in 1959, Anjos is a French family-owned company specializing in the design and manufacture of ventilation components and systems for residential and commercial buildings, marketed in France and internationally.
Founded in 1986 and based in Chaponost, SGAME is also a French family-owned company, specializing in the design and manufacture of custom electronic boards. The company supports its clients throughout the entire product development cycle, from design and embedded software development through to industrialization and electronic board manufacturing.
Partners for nearly 30 years, Anjos and SGAME have built a close industrial relationship over time, grounded in complementary expertise and shared values.
This long-standing collaboration now reaches a new milestone, with Anjos acquiring a stake in SGAME alongside the company’s CEO.
The transaction aims to strengthen cooperation between the two companies and accelerate their joint innovation capabilities, notably in the development of solutions incorporating greater embedded intelligence.
