Groupe MyInvest debt structuring

Marseille (France), 22 October 2026,

MyInvest Group, France’s leading multi-brand franchise operator with revenue of over €220m, completes its refinancing with a syndicate of 10 banks.

Financière de Courcelles advised MyInvest Group on structuring a financing package to refinance the bulk of its existing debt and align its capital structure with its new five-year strategic plan. The package comprises senior debt, revolving credit facilities (RCF) and Prêts Croissance Relance.

The transaction was carried out with the Group’s main long-standing banking partners: Arkéa, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Provence Côte d’Azur, Crédit Coopératif, Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur, Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France, Caisse d’Epargne Languedoc-Roussillon, Caisse d’Epargne Provence-Alpes-Corse, La Banque Postale and LCL. Bpifrance participates alongside the banking pool through Prêts Croissance Relance.

Founded in the Var region in the early 1980s by the Legout family, the Group quickly established itself as a leading multi-brand franchise retail operator, building on its long-standing expertise in DIY and food retail. It now operates seven retail brands, including Monsieur Bricolage, Monoprix, Maxibazar, Darty and Gifi, through 73 stores across France, and employs 1,200 people, generating revenue of over €220m.

This refinancing provides the Group with the financial resources required to deliver its development plan, which aims to double its size by 2030 through both organic growth and acquisitions.

The Financière de Courcelles team is proud to have supported MyInvest Group in this key milestone in its development. This transaction once again demonstrates our expertise in Debt Advisory.
