Sale of Euridis Business School to Eureka Education

Paris (France), February 12, 2019,

Led by Grégory Declercq and supported by its shareholder Abénex, Eureka Education announces the acquisition of Euridis Business School (“Euridis”).

Founded in 1992, Euridis is the first business school specializing in complex sales and BtoB trade negotiation training for students, especially focused on the High Technologies sector. Based in Paris, Lyon and Toulouse and with two RNCP titles, Euridis offers a complete and varied range of education trainings, from initial training, apprenticeship to continuing training. Through its know-how and the quality of its trainings, Euridis has developed a strong network of more than 500 partner companies, enabling it to offer its students first-class employability.

Following a competitive research process of an industrial acquirer organized by the Education team of the investment bank Financière de Courcelles, Euridis’ shareholders and executives decided to get closer to Eureka Education.

Eureka Education, through its subsidiary Group Silvya Terrade, is today the first private education group of aesthetics, cosmetics, perfumery, and hairstyle in France and in Europe. The acquisition of Euridis enables Eureka Group to diversify its course offering in the fields of complex sales and digital while preserving its DNA focused on the professionalization of its students.

The organization and geographical coverage of Eureka Education (thanks to its 48 locations under Silvya Terrade brand in France, Switzerland and England) will enable Euridis’ executive director, Perrine Puberl, and her teams to pursue the remarkable growth track achieved in the recent years.

Perrine Puberl, executive director of Euridis stated: “For several years now, Euridis has put forward its vision and its project, supported by a team and competent and involved trainers. The partnership with Eureka Education will allow us to support our region growth and the launch of our offer in initial training”.

Grégory Declercq, manager of Eureka Education added: “Euridis is an extremely strong and identifiable brand in its segment, and we are totally convinced by the approach of its managers who have an intransigent approach about the educational quality. Eureka’s vocation is to diversify through structuring acquisitions on several verticals of private education, with an enhanced focus on professionalization and employment; Euridis is a great example of what we would like to continue to accomplish”.

Martine Depas, Partner at Financière de Courcelles completed: “We are delighted to have been able to support Euridis’ shareholders and managers in this operation, which allows Eureka Education to diversify its course offering and to affirm its vocation as key player in the education sector”.
