Quentin joined FDC in septembre 2021. Prior that, he started his career in M&A at Signadile, Clearwater International and then at Adviso Partners.
He has been involved in transactions in the transport, cybersecurity, food & beverage and industrial sector.
Quentin graduated from the Magistère in Banking and Finance at the Panthéon-Assas University.
Hamza LAHNA
Hamza joined Financière de Courcelles in January 2021. Previously, he gained experience in M&A advisory at DC Advisory, in Private Equity at Emerging Capital Partners and Project Finance at BNPP CIB. Today, Hamza works on several transactions within Financière de Courcelles. He participates in various M&A transactions in different sectors such as Infrastructure, e-commerce, education and TMT.
Hamza is graduated from EDHEC Business School
Yanis ALAOUI
Yanis joined FDC in January 2021.
He started his career in M&A at Oaklins and Alantra and then in Private Equity at Cerea Partners.
He was mainly involved in transactions in the Aerospace & Defense, Education/Training and Infrastructure sectors.
Yanis graduated from Audencia Business School.
