Théophile FRYS

Théophile Frys joined the Marseille office of Financière de Courcelles in September 2022.

Drawn by the firm’s strong reputation in the small & mid-cap segment, the diversity of assignments and the quality of the team, he was quickly won over by the company’s professional and human environment. He works on a wide range of transactions across various sectors, supporting regional clients with a tailored, hands-on approach.

Before joining Financière de Courcelles, Théophile gained over three years of experience in M&A at Clearwater and Oaklins, as well as in private equity at Weinberg Capital Partners.

He holds a Master in Management and an MSc in Strategy – Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School.


Geoffrey BURRI

Geoffrey Burri has 7 years of experience in M&A.

Prior to joining Financière de Courcelles in 2025, he worked at Natixis Partners and Clairfield International, advising on small and mid-cap transactions (LBOs, sell-side, buy-side) in a variety of sectors, including Industry, Food & Beverage, and Business services.

Geoffrey is graduated from Iaelyon School of Management.


Guillaume LECOMTE

Guillaume began his career in private equity, asset management, and investment banking before moving into M&A in Australia with SCD Advisory. Back in France, he joined Oaklins, where he contributed to over 15 transactions in three years, specializing in aerospace/defense, electronics, industrials, and healthcare. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from NEOMA Business School and has passed CFA Level II.


Brice AH-VOUN

Brice joined Financière de Courcelles in March 2023. Prior to that, he started his career in M&A at Natixis before joining Banque Hottinguer.

He has been involved in transactions in the healthcare, business services, industry, food & beverage and infrastructure sectors.

Brice graduated from emlyon Business School.

Quentin LEVREY

Quentin joined FDC in septembre 2021. Prior that, he started his career in M&A at Signadile, Clearwater International and then at Adviso Partners.

He has been involved in transactions in the transport, cybersecurity, food & beverage and industrial sector.

Quentin graduated from the Magistère in Banking and Finance at the Panthéon-Assas University.

Yanis ALAOUI

Yanis joined FDC in January 2021.

He started his career in M&A at Oaklins and Alantra and then in Private Equity at Cerea Partners.

He was mainly involved in transactions in the Aerospace & Defense, Education/Training and Infrastructure sectors.

Yanis graduated from Audencia Business School.
