Veronique joined FDC in 1993. With more than 20 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and some thirty completed transactions, she is particularly focused and experienced in cross border transactions.

Veronique has been involved in the development of our international partners’ network for many years and is head of REACH Corporate Development.
