Pierre-Alexandre Vray has 14 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has worked at major financial institutions such as BNP Paribas CIB (in Paris and Dubai), Bank of America Merrill Lynch (in Dubai and London), Crédit Agricole CIB, and Barclays Investment Bank.

Pierre-Alexandre holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ESSEC Business School and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from ECAM Lyon.
