With more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and M&A advisory, Philippe joined FDC at the end of 2022.
Philippe started his career at Caisse des Dépôts (a French Sate-owned financial institution) for 7 years, then worked during 16 years at Paribas/BNP Paribas – in equity capital markets and M&A – and 8 years in M&A at Canaccord Genuity, an independent, listed Canadian investment bank, focussed on “mid caps”, with an international outlook.
He has realized numerous transactions, of very different sizes, across sectors in which he has developed genuine expertise: Environment and Energy, Transport and Logistics, Engineering and Construction, Business services and various industries.
He is a graduate of HEC, Sciences-Po and ENA.
