After a 20-Year career at Banque Indosuez and Crédit Agricole Group that started in South Korea, Philippe joined Arjil Investment Bank in 2011, then Financière de Courcelles in 2015. He manages an M&A advisory business, serving inter-alia Aero – Space – Defence – Electronic clients.

Among others, Philippe advised the Hutchinson group, TAT – Sabena technics group, Schneider Electric, Safran as well as numerous family-owned corporates in acquisition, sale, tender offer and share capital increase deals.

Philippe graduated as a Civil engineer from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
