Michael joined FDC in 2012 from Mandel Partners, the French M&A activity of Banque Espirito Santo et de la Vénétie  where he was director.

He began his career in auditing large corporates at Mazars and then joined Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services department spending 5 years advising private equity and corporates investors in their financial due diligence process and valuation.

Michael graduated from EDHEC business school in 2004 and also holds the diploma of French charter accounts (DEC).
