With over 16 years of experience in M&A, Marc has advised on around fifty transactions at Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance and Adviso Partners. Prior to that, he spent two years as an organizational consultant at Eurogroup Consulting.

He holds a dual academic background, with a Master’s degree in Fluid Mechanics and Semiconductors, as well as a Master’s in Finance from EM Lyon. His technical and financial expertise enables him to support executives and shareholders in their strategic and transactional challenges.
