With over 20 years of experience in advisory and M&A, Marc has supported around fifty transactions within Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance, Adviso Partners, and Natixis Partners.

Previously, he worked for two years as an organizational consultant at Eurogroup Consulting.

He holds a double degree in physics (fluid mechanics / semiconductors) and is a graduate of EM Lyon (Master’s degree in Financial Engineering). His technical and financial expertise allows him to effectively support managers and shareholders in their strategic and transactional challenges.
