Before joining Financière de Courcelles, Jérémy Zeller spent 10 years in M&A at Clearwater in Marseille, following previous roles in London at Steen Associates — a firm specialized in aerospace and defense — and in the M&A department of SPIE.

He has advised on sell-side, external growth, and financing transactions across a wide range of sectors including industry, agri-food, transport/logistics, and software, on behalf of both French and international corporates as well as family-owned businesses.

He was drawn to the ambition of developing M&A advisory services for SMEs and mid-cap companies in the regions — a vision carried by the partners of the Marseille office. Their approach to the business, mindset, and team dynamic were key factors in his decision to join.

Jérémy holds a Master in Management from Toulouse Business School and an MSc in Financial Engineering from Cranfield University (London).
