Guylène Jourdan has over 20 years of experience in M&A, having worked at BNP Paribas, PwC, and Largillière Finance.

She has been involved in numerous transactions across the industrial and business services sectors, supporting executives and shareholders in their strategic projects.

Guylène holds a Master’s degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance from Lyon II University, as well as a Master’s in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon Business School.
