Before joining Financière de Courcelles, Florian Galizia spent eight years in M&A at Clearwater and Capitalmind, advising on small and mid-cap transactions including sell-side, LBOs, acquisitions, and financing. He also worked within the finance department of the SNEF Group, focusing on corporate and external growth matters.

These experiences allowed him to support entrepreneurs, SMEs, and large corporates on a wide range of issues, particularly in the industrial, agri-food, and business services sectors.

Florian joined Financière de Courcelles for the quality of its team and its strong ambitions in the Southern / Mediterranean region.

He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Audencia Business School.
