Emmanuel Xerri founded the Marseille team of Financière de Courcelles. Twenty-five years ago, he chose to focus on the Mediterranean region, driven by the strong belief that expert knowledge, combined with proximity and an international perspective, is key to serving clients’ best interests.
He has led more than 80 small and mid-cap transactions across a wide range of sectors, both in purely domestic and international contexts (including the US, UK, China, Japan, and Europe). His goal is to secure the best outcomes through tailored solutions and optimal valuations.

– the external growth strategies of Maxicoffee (coffee-related product distribution) and RTE International (energy engineering) ;
– build-up operations and both the primary and secondary LBOs of Groupe Cogepart (last-mile delivery) ;
– the sale of Markal (organic food) to French Food Capital ;
– the sale of Bio & Co (organic supermarkets) to the InVivo group ;
– the sale of Confit de Provence (jam producer) to French Gourmet Food ;
– the sale of La Casamance private hospital (healthcare) to the Almaviva group ;

He also leads the firm’s sector expertise in Agri-food and Healthcare.
