Caroline Bourlier joined the Marseille office of Financière de Courcelles in 2024 as an Analyst.

What drew her to Financière de Courcelles was the firm’s strong reputation in the small and mid-cap segments, as well as the diversity of the assignments offered. The team’s positive and dynamic working environment was also a key factor in her decision. She particularly values the opportunity to work with regional players and to provide tailored, high-quality advice alongside her team.

Before joining Financière de Courcelles, Caroline gained M&A experience at Sevenstones and Neuflize OBC in Paris, as well as at Clearwater in Marseille.

She holds an MSc in Finance from EM Lyon Business School.
