Béatrice Blanquet began her career in strategy consulting at Booz Allen & Hamilton, before taking on operational roles in a variety of industries, including the automotive sector (PSA Peugeot Citroën), mobile phone distribution (Avenir Telecom), and banking (Société Marseillaise de Crédit). She later moved into M&A, first at Clairfield International, then at Clearwater.

She has advised on numerous sell-side, external growth, and LBO transactions, mainly in the healthcare sector — including the sale of La Casamance Private Hospital to the Almaviva Group — in agri-food — with the sale of Cepasco to the Haudecoeur Group and the support of Maxicoffee’s external growth strategy — and in industry, notably the LBO of Technamm alongside AfricInvest Europe, BNP Développement, and Bpifrance.

The diversity of assignments she has worked on, along with the unique characteristics of each sector, company, and executive or shareholder, continually fuel her passion for this profession. Understanding client needs and designing and implementing tailored, effective solutions is at the heart of her professional commitment.

Béatrice holds a degree from ESCP Business School and a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Strategy and Marketing from Université Paris Dauphine.
