With over 20 years of experience in M&A and Corporate Finance, Antoine has worked at prestigious firms such as EY Corporate Finance, Aforge Finance, Edmond de Rothschild, and Clairfield International. Prior to that, he spent eight years in the General Inspection and Financial Affairs Department at Crédit du Nord.

A graduate of the DESS in Financial Operations Law and EM Lyon, he supports executives and shareholders in their strategic considerations and corporate finance transactions.
