With over 25 years of experience in M&A and Corporate Finance, Antoine has worked within prestigious teams such as Crédit du Nord, EY Corporate Finance, Aforge Finance, Edmond de Rothschild, Clairfield International, and more recently, Natixis Partners.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Corporat eFinance Law and is a graduate of EM Lyon. He advises company leaders and shareholders on strategic matters and capital structure transactions.

He was also lecturer in Corporate Finance for over 10 years at Grenoble EM, Lyon 2 University, and EM Lyon.
