
Alexandre FORGET
Alexandre Forget co-leads the development of Financière de Courcelles’ activity across the Mediterranean region. He began his career in London in the large-cap segment at CIBC Capital Markets, before focusing on the small & mid-cap space, working at Degroof Petercam, CIC Conseil, Clairfield International, and Clearwater. His career has been dedicated to supporting families and owner-managers in their strategic thinking.
His objective is to provide long-term support to clients by combining the technical expertise of large-cap transactions with tailor-made solutions that address the specific needs and challenges of SMEs and mid-sized companies. Over the course of his career, he has advised on more than fifty transactions, including:
– the acquisition of Houdec (nuclear sector) on behalf of Arcys;
– the LBO of Pagès (interior fit-out) with Galia, Idia, BPI, and Sofilaro;
– the LBO of Mariton (blinds manufacturing) with BNP Paribas Développement, BPI, and Sofipaca;
– the LBO of Marcadé (luxury events) with Trail Slam;
– the acquisition of Ventilairsec (HVAC) by Volution;
– the sale of Eurevia (HVAC) to BDR Thermea;
– the acquisition of Novexa (industrial maintenance) by Groupe ADF;
– the sale of Technic Aviation (aerospace MRO) to Domusa;
– the sale of Soframa (food distribution) to Even;
– the LBO of Alstef (4.0 logistics) with BPI International and Qatar Investment Authority, among others.
He also oversees the firm’s activity in the Industrials and Business Services sectors.
