Isabelle joins Financière de Courcelles as Senior Advisor to develop the Luxury and Cosmetics division by bringing her recognized sectoral expertise acquired within the most iconic players in the sector.

Within the Japanese group Shiseido, Isabelle was President of the Perfumes entity (€850 million turnover, Dolce& Gabbana; Issey Miyake; Narcisso Rodriguez; Serge Lutens; Elie Saab; Zadig&Voltaire and Shiseido) accelerating more digitalized and responsible profitable growth while managing M&A activities with the integration of the license of the American brand Tory Burch.

Isabelle started her career in consumer marketing at General Foods then Bourjois. She cut her teeth in luxury at Chanel where for 5 years she managed International Marketing.

In 2001, she joined the LVMH group as deputy general director of Parfums Givenchy. After a successful turnaround, LVMH entrusted him with the creation and Chairmanship of Parfums Luxe International, a new company in charge of developing the beauty perfume activities of the group’s fashion brands. This adventure began in particular with the Fendi and Pucci brands. Finally, she enriched her 13 years of operational general management at LVMH by serving for 2 years as Senior Beauty Advisor within the group’s M&A department. This latest experience allowed him to sharpen his entrepreneurial spirit, and his acuity in detecting winning positions and the managerial teams required to execute growth strategies.

Since 2020, she has advised various companies on the development of their Perfumes and Cosmetics activities, a sector in which she has spent most of her career, on strategy and marketing issues. Since 2017, she has also supported around ten tech and luxury startups as an investor and recognized independent administrator. Isabelle has a dual education: Master of Plant Biology (Pierre and Marie Curie University 1986) and Master of Marketing ESSEC (1987). She is also a graduate of the SCIENCES PO – IFA Company Administrator Certificate.
