FDC, member of Global M&A Partners, advised Groupe Marie Claire on its invetsment in Groupe Keatis
The Marie Claire group invests in training in beauty and well-being professions with the acquisition of Keatis.
The group Marie Claire takes a stake in Keatis, a group specialized in schools of beauty and well-being. The group has four schools: Ecole Françoise Morice (75), International School of Spa (75), School of Luca (59) and Institut Supérieur de Formation en Esthétique et en Coiffure (57). The Marie Claire group will capitalize on the ecosystem of its media brands and its international influence to support the development of Keatis Group schools. Finally, the editorial teams of the Marie Claire group will participate – as beauty experts – in the development of certain educational programs.
