Paris (France), December 3, 2024,

As part of its regional development, Financière de Courcelles is intensifying its activities in the North-West of France. This strategic deployment illustrates our desire to support local companies in their growth and transformation projects, by offering them local expertise and tailor-made solutions.

Pierre Bourahla, Managing Partner of the North-West region, leads this regional dynamic. A former high-level athlete and entrepreneur, Pierre is a recognized expert in the agri-food and industry sectors. With a career marked by numerous successful operations, particularly in Brittany, he joined Financière de Courcelles a year ago. Pierre is a graduate of the University of Maine and an Executive Program from Sciences Po Paris.

Alongside him, Cédric Bourland, Managing Director Normandy (based in the Caen office), brings valuable experience. After starting out at Crédit Agricole CIB (Large-Caps), he moved to KPMG Corporate Finance before founding the ACTICAM (Crédit Agricole) office in Normandy, where he supported numerous SME and ETI managers for six years. A former top athlete and entrepreneur in the equestrian sector, Cédric strengthens the team’s local expertise.

This development is also supported by Karin Warin, Senior Advisor. An accomplished entrepreneur and ambassador for Gender Equality in Normandy, she is the co-founder of NWAY and was its president for these 4 years – Community of Entrepreneurs, and manages several structures, including MAGNA SARL and POTESTATEM. Her experience and network are major assets to support our clients. To date, the North-West team has already completed three transactions and signed ten new mandates, a testament to the trust of our clients and partners in the region. We wish them much success in this new stage of development!
