Eurodia Industrie welcomes as a shareholder Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners
Eurodia Industrie, a global specialist in industrial liquid extraction and purification processes, has raised €18 million from Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners, which have acquired minority stakes in the company. The transaction is intended to support the Group’s next phase of growth, driven by strong momentum across its markets, the increasing number and scale of its industrial projects, and its international expansion.
Founded in 1988 and headquartered near Aix-en-Provence, Eurodia designs and industrializes tailor-made processes to extract, separate, purify, concentrate and recover valuable components from complex liquids. The Group has recognized expertise across a broad range of technologies, including electrodialysis, chromatography, adsorption, ion-exchange resins and membrane filtration.
Its solutions address several key challenges related to the energy and environmental transition, including Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE), lithium refining and recycling, the decarbonization of chemical processes, the recovery of mineral co-products, the reduction of water, energy and chemical reagent consumption, as well as CO₂ capture and bio-based chemistry.
Eurodia has experienced strong growth in recent years, with revenue increasing from approximately €34 million in 2023 to €80 million in 2025. The Group has deployed more than 450 industrial installations across over 50 countries and generates approximately 80% of its revenue internationally.
The investment by Starquest Capital and Yotta Capital Partners will provide Eurodia with additional financial resources to pursue its growth strategy, accelerate its international expansion and support the development of increasingly large-scale industrial projects. Both investors are investing through Article 9 SFDR funds focused on supporting the environmental transformation of the economy.
