Baptiste Guillo joined Financière de Courcelles in September 2025 as an Analyst. His apprenticeship year strengthened his passion for M&A and confirmed his commitment to continuing the journey with the team.

He began his career in audit at Mazars, before moving into mergers and acquisitions through an internship as an analyst at Bakertilly.

Baptiste is a graduate of NEOMA Business School.
