Thibault PUISSANT
Thibault joined FDC in 2023 as Associate.
He started his career with his first experience in Private Equity at Galiena Capital before joining ATFIS where he was exposed to various M&A mandates (sell-side, buy-side, and fundraising) in sectors such as Services, TMT, and Infrastructure.
Thibault graduated from EM Strasbourg Business School.
Charles DELBARRE
Charles joined FDC in February 2022.
He started his career in M&A at Natixis Partners and in Private Equity at Silverfleet Capital before joining EY Corporate Finance where he has advised on a wide range of transactions, including sales, acquisitions, fundraisings and distressed M&A operations.
Charles graduated from em Lyon Business School.
Julien PAGE
Julien started his career in Frankfurt where he worked for Oddo-BHF’s M&A mid-cap team.
He joined FDC in September 2017 as an Analyst. Julien has experience advising industrial clients and PE-funds on a wide range of transactions including sales, acquisitions and advisory missions both in France and internationally.
Over the years, he has developed his expertise in sectors such as Infrastructures and Industrials.
Julien graduated from Grenoble Business School.
Antoine MAININI
Antoine joined FDC in 2017. He began his career in mergers and acquisitions at Oaklins before joining Natixis Partners Antoine has been in particular involved in transactions in the education, tech, business services and infrastructure sectors. Antoine graduated from the Toulouse Business School.
