Philippe LACAILLE

With more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and M&A advisory, Philippe joined FDC at the end of 2022.

Philippe started his career at Caisse des Dépôts (a French Sate-owned financial institution) for 7 years, then worked during 16 years at Paribas/BNP Paribas – in equity capital markets and M&A – and 8 years in M&A at Canaccord Genuity, an independent, listed Canadian investment bank, focussed on "mid caps", with an international outlook.

He has realized numerous transactions, of very different sizes, across sectors in which he has developed genuine expertise: Environment and Energy, Transport and Logistics, Engineering and Construction, Business services and various industries.

He is a graduate of HEC, Sciences-Po and ENA.

Frédéric BOUTIN – Partenaire

Frédéric BOUTIN

Frédéric has more than 25 years experience in investment banking during which he has supported CAC 40 companies on strategic transactions in France and abroad. He spends most of his career at Barclays in various positions in M&A, Capital Markets and Project and Acquisition Finance.

In 2018, he joined BIPE, a data science-based strategy consulting firm, before joining FDC as a Senior Advisor in 2020.

Frédéric graduated from emlyon Business School.

Jérôme TOLOT – Partenaire

Jérôme TOLOT

Before joining FDC in 2020, Jérôme started his career at Indosuez bank as a financial analyst before joining the Mc Kinsey consulting company as a consultant. Then he joined the Lyonnaise des Eaux Group in 1982, which became Suez then Engie, where he was the CEO of Degrémont, the international leader in water treatment, Managing Director of the construction group GTM, now Vinci, CEO of the Sita group specializing in water treatment collection and treatment of waste before creating and managing the energy services branch of the Engie Group - turnover 16 billion and 100,000 people in 2017.

Member of the executive committee of Engie, he held several administrative positions.

Jérôme is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, and holds a DES in economics and an MBA from Insead.

Bertrand de SAINT REMY – Partenaire

Bertrand de SAINT REMY

Before joining FDC in 2015 after the merger with la Financière de l’Epervier, Bertrand spent all his life working in Investment Banking in Paris, London and New York at Barclays International, Bankers Trust, UBS.

Bertrand graduated from IEP Paris.

Noël FORGEARD – Partenaire

Noël FORGEARD

Noël started his career in several ministerial cabinets. He assisted Joël Le Theule, the former French Minister of Transports and Minister of Defence 1978-1980. He then advised Jacques Chirac, Prime Minister, on industrial affairs 1986 1987.

He was Chief Executive at Usinor and Matra between 1981 and 1998 before becoming CEO of Airbus and co CEO of EADS.

Noël joined FDC in October 2015 after serving as a Partner and a member of the executive committee at the Arjil Altium investment bank.

Noël graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Mines Paris Tech.

Emmanuel DUCROT

Emmanuel started his career at Lyonnaise des Eaux, and Sodexo as Chief Financial Officer of Bateaux Parisiens and Sodexo Prestige. Then he joined a SME in the food industry for 10 years, supporting the chairman of Meralliance, in his European development and also during the sale process of the company to an international group. Recently, he worked for the intensive international development of a FM group, in charge of integrations and acquisitions.

After nearly 25 years of operational experience, regularly confronted with M&A topics, he partners with Matthieu de Baynast in the acquisition of FDC.

Emmanuel is graduated from Audencia Business School.
