Christophe BRIERE

Christophe has been supporting entrepreneurs, family groups, managers or shareholders of SMEs and mid-market companies in their growth and development projects for more than 20 years. He has thus led numerous M&A operations in France and abroad as strategic and financial advisor, first within Paribas, then with Andersen Corporate Finance, and finally, as Managing Director, within DC. Advisory where he spent more than 10 years. Christophe then was COO of a company in BtoB insurance services, of which he supported the development in France and internationally as part of an LBO transaction.

With this dual operational experience and M&A consulting, he wishes to support FDC in the development of the Augmented M&A offer and provide clients and their projects with a complete operational, strategic and financial vision. Christophe is also co-lead of the FIG team and coordinate the partnership with Exco.

Christophe graduated from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Reims and went through the General Inspection of BNP.

Guillaume PIETTE

Guillaume is Managing Partner and brings more than 15 years' experience in investment banking.

He joined FDC in 2020 after seven years with goetzpartners Corporate Finance where he was a Managing Director and co-Head of France. After successful experiences in equity investments (Sanwa International) and in operational consulting (EY former Arthur Andersen) in London and in Paris, Guillaume moved to investment banking in 2006 and roles with GCA Altium and DC Advisory. He has advised on many midcap transactions for both international corporates and private equity houses, as well as family-owned companies and entrepreneurs. Throughout his career, Guillaume has developed a recognized expertise in business services, tech companies, education & training and consumer goods.

Guillaume is now a board member of Global M&A Partners, an international network of 450 M&A bankers co-founded by FDC.

A CFA-Charterholder, Guillaume has a dual French and English academic background in strategy and law with a post-graduate in International Business.
