Bruno MOUSSEY
Before joining the tight team around Matthieu de BAYNAST, Bruno worked for around thirty years for two family ETIs in the Business Services sector, which he very actively supported in their growth in France, in the DOM/TOM, in Europe, Africa and then Asia where he has been based since 2005.
These various very operational experiences of creation and acquisition of companies in France and abroad (about 80 transactions carried out) which he then integrated and managed naturally led him to work on the development of M&A and Augmented M&A activities. ® of FDC in Southeast Asia.
Bruno graduated from Montpellier Business School in 1987.
Sébastien LAURENT
Prior joining FDC in 2020 as Managing Partner Asia, Sebastien spent 9 years in Thailand as CEO of Alcatel-Lucent then Nokia, delivering massive growth in variety of sectors. He was also director of Alcatel Shanghai Bell JV (Hong Kong Branch) and handled structured finance deals in excess of 500M€. Sebastien held VP roles in Asia and in Alcatel in France and was awarded on serial M&A deals (Nortel, Lucent,...).
Sebastien graduated from Paris-Saclay University and Laval University in Canada.
