Hélène VALDIGUIE
After several experiences in the service of companies in Occitanie, in financing industrial projects or as CFO, Hélène created the office of Crédit Agricole Mid Caps Advisors (formerly SODICA Corporate Finance) in Toulouse.
Director of this structure for more than 10 years, she has supported many shareholder managers of SMEs and ETIs in their disposal, acquisition or fundraising operations.
Today, she has decided to put her experience to Exco by actively participating in the development of the new subsidiary dedicated to M&A "Exco Finance and Transactions" as part of its partnership with FDC.
Thanks to her knowledge of the market and her involvement in this partnership, Hélène will be able to support all economic players in Occitanie, regardless of their size or their financing issue.
Hélène is a graduate of KEDGE and TBS.
