With a dedicated scheme recognized for many years and in line with its Augmented M&A® offer, FDC is recruiting Benoît LEVEQUE, M&A and Debt Advisory Director.

FDC intends to strengthen its positions with investment funds and corporates both in secondary and tertiary operations and in search & buy strategies in France and internationally.

This new arrival allows the investment bank to strengthen its M&A offer and to offer independent financing advice on refinancing operations, dividend recap, external growth financing or M&A advice on sale and purchase.

Benoît has more than 12 years of experience in Acquisition Financing, Debt Advisory and M&A, he has accompanied numerous investment funds and large international groups for various missions: acquisitions, acquisition financing, debt advice, in external rating (S&P, Moody’s) and in capital structure.

Benoît began his career in 2009 at BNP Paribas and then at Crédit Agricole’s CIB, CA-CIB, in the Structured Finance department. He then joined MUFG (formerly Bank of Tokyo) then ING where he was mainly in charge of the origination and execution of Acquisition Financing and Debt Advisory mandates.

Benoît graduated in 2009 from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Reims (now NEOMA).

« In the current environment marked by economic uncertainty, inflationary pressures and the ongoing trend of rising interest rates, as well as a rapidly changing debt market (increasing importance of debt funds, restrictions imposed on banks by the ECB), debt advice takes on its full importance and becomes even more strategic during M&A processes».
